About The Role
The Technical Writer, within ANZ's Wholesale Digital Transformation (Digital Design & Readiness), is responsible for producing high-quality documentation in support of making our digital solutions ready for customer and banker use. This role underpins delivery of our digital services to ensure that solutions deliver value to users. It focuses on developing a range of sales, on-boarding, service and UI/user documentation and training materials (online and print). Your role will also involve working closely with other members of the Wholesale Digital Transformation and Technology teams, to develop and improve ANZ's wholesale digital solutions.
This is a permanent position working on standard hours, and will be based in ANZ's 100 Queen Street.
To be successful in the role, you will be a self-starter that is detail-orientated with strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation). You will thrive in a multidisciplinary digital design and business implementation team who work collaboratively with clients, developers, product managers, and operations experts to make our solutions relevant and easy to use, whilst meeting challenging timeframes.
You will ideally bring the following to the role:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Journalism, English, Communications, Instructional Design or Technology
Proven working experience in technical writing and editing of software documentation.
Technical aptitude with strong attention to detail and analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in words and visuals.
Adeptness in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Experience in Articulate Storyline or similar software is preferred
