Challenge yourself, your peers and our industry by shaping what health care looks like and doing your life's best work.(sm) Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Agile Scrum Master for our Minnetonka, MN location to be responsible for facilitating a team to support the delivery of strategic technology products. Requires close collaboration with enterprise Agile Coaches to ensure compliance with the Scrum implementation approach adopted by the company. Additional responsibilities as Senior Agile Scrum Master include: 1) acting as Scrum Master for a scrum team with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work; 2) facilitating sprint planning, retrospective, and sprint demos; 3) ensuring scrum team follows all normal scrum and OSAM (SAFe) cadences and driving program level ceremonies (e.g. PI Planning, Product Management Council, Scrum of Scrums, release train retrospectives, HIP Sprint), assisting the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed; 4) ensuring cross-team coordination; 5) reaching out to the larger company network for impediment removal; 6) maintaining relevant metrics that help the team see their progress; 7) liaising between the developers and User Experience/Visual Designers and fostering better communication between the disciplines; 8) acting as a liaison to assigned project manager, taking responsibility for managing dependencies between our team and third parties, release managers, or between our team and other scrum teams; and 9) actively contributing to the company's Agile and Lean Community through participation in the internal Agile Community of Practice and Scrum Master Forums.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field. 5 years related, progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Must have demonstrated experience with 1) Acting as a Scrum Master for multiple Scrum teams; 2) Utilizing knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools ( i.e., SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, Rally); 3) Providing coaching for internal agile best practices and OSAM/DDLC (including Scaled Agile); 4) Data Profiling, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and Data Management processes; and 5) Working in IT in the healthcare industry.
