We are currently seeking a motivated Communications/Document Coordinator for a full-time position in our Milwaukee office.
Primary job duties include:
editing, formatting, quality control review and production of sales/marketing materials and client deliverables (e.g., proposals, statements of qualifications, project descriptions, project reports, technical memorandum, specifications)
helping develop files for and maintaining firm's document templates library
assisting with website updates
supporting development and maintenance of firm's photo system/library
helping prepare for industry tradeshows
conducting online research
updating client/CRM database
Secondary job duties include working with managers to support firm operations, splitting coverage of reception desk/phones when regular backup is on vacation and other duties as assigned.
Preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree in communication, technical communication, English, or related degree. Work experience with a consulting firm is preferred along with a desire to learn about the engineering, environmental and design-build industries. One year or more of work experience, or equivalent in internships for new graduates, is preferred. The ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment is essential. This versatile candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will strive toward accuracy and thoroughness in all assignments. Additionally, the successful candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Deltek Vision, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Microsoft Project is a plus but not required.
