Support the analytical needs of the business through the analysis of complex system data and summary reports.
Must have strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to translate IT technical jargon and workflows into easily understood Job Aids and User Guides suitable for every day users.
Must have strong written communication skills and be able to collaborate with software developers and department managers to author the support documentation with appropriate diagrams, screenshots, and procedural instructions.
Collect and analyze usage and related data and customer feedback to maximize effectiveness of documentation
Cull highly complex data and extrapolate trends and patterns to keep documentation updated regularly
Work directly with end users, business analysts, and vendors to obtain needed details on application priorities and features
Design and publish documentation for end users, complete with relevant diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids to supplement the written instructions
Adjust documents as needed based on end user viewing preferences (eg: full screen view, iPad or iPhone views, etc)
Coordinate and present various summaries and briefings to management related to assignments
Support business process improvement initiatives
Identify opportunity trends and recommend solutions

Bachelor's degree in related field and 5-10 years work experience in the specialty area or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
