We are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst who will support the Project Management team with IT focused trouble tickets and technical writing. We are a big-data company that works with some of the world’s largest insurers.
Translate client requests and enhancements into project scope and collaborate with IT and Resource Planning teams to analyze requirements, estimate costs, and determine timelines for internal testing, customer UAT, and release
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Review the detailed project plan created by the Project Manager to monitor and track progress to ensure the timely implementation of client deliverables
Correspond with the IT and Product Development teams about technical product questions and to investigate issues flagged by customers, identify root causes, and determine and document solutions
Assist in the testing of releases and UAT phase
Report and escalate to management as needed
Assist in the analysis and testing of trouble ticket management
Create user documentation for a variety of material including how-to guides & instruction manuals.
Interface with technical professionals in the writing, editing, and publication of various types of documents such as technical manuals, reports, business requirements, customer change requests and training material etc.
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Effectively influence and lead multiple levels of an organization through functional boundaries

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of related experience
Project management experience in IT a plus
Technical document writing experience
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Excellent internal communication
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Excellent written and communication skills
Self-starter with a strong work ethic
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent team work
Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish language a plus
Problem solving, analysis, investigation skills across multiple platforms
