We’re looking for the next rock star to join the BlueCrew and we need a technical writer who wants to own one of BlueConic’s greatest resources and differentiators: our vast library of openly available support documentation. You are an independent and curious self-starter with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical content, drive complex documentation projects, collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success teams, and quickly grasp new technical concepts with enthusiasm.
Specifically, together with the product team, you will:
Create training documentation and maintain training environments
Run trainings on the BlueConic platform for internal stakeholders and customers
Understand and anticipate the needs of our end users and create support articles, whitepapers, PowerPoint presentations and other supporting documents that emphasize best practices and explain our product
Organize and structure the knowledge base to make it as easy for end users to find what they need
Create support videos that explain BlueConic concepts to end users
Working with the product team, manage updates and revisions to existing articles
Collaborate with marketing to create upper-funnel collateral such as case studies and whitepapers, as well as contribute to the BlueConic blog
Collaborate with Customer Success to create standard onboarding and progression documents, articles and other content
Set up and maintain training environments and create training documentation
Run training sessions and train others to do the same (train the trainer)

An excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to write for multiple audiences with differing needs
3+ years’ experience as a technical writer working with enterprise SaaS product(s)
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Proven experience working in technical writing position including experience with SDKs, APIs, HTML, CSS, etc.
Demonstrated experience in meeting high pressure deadlines
The willingness and ability to work in a team, ideally in an Agile environment
A demonstrated commitment to learning and keeping up to date with technical communication techniques and tools
Experience with website, video and graphic development using Adobe, WordPress etc.
Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Wrike and other SaaS tools
Experience with marketing technology products a plus
