Manage and maintain the QRM technical documentations including model research papers and margin/risk methodology documents, and ensure all model documentations are compliant with OCC Model Risk Management Policy.
To manage remediation efforts for all the findings from external regulators and internal control teams including Model Validation Group, Compliance, Audit and Business Control Group. Provide QRM written responses to model validation assessment reports and audit reports, and maintain periodical remediation narrative updates.
Provide writing assistances to the QRM team on the developments of the model documentations, technical reports, regulatory rules filings, internal memo and presentations to the Management and the Board.
Write, review and revise QRM model development policies and procedures.
Provide supports for documenting the business requirements and updating projects status. Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge on the technical writing, especially in the areas of financial risk management.
Ability to understand complex quantitative models and present it in easy-to-understand languages.
Basic knowledge for financial derivatives and risk management.
Ability to work collaboratively with other quantitative analysts and developers. Technical Skills: Software and Programming:
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
Latex knowledge is a plus. Education and/or Experience:
2+ years technical writing experience in financial industry
