The Omnichannel Experience Designer is a technical product owner and designer for the omnichannel communication segment of LHI's consumerfacing experience. The Experience Designer plays a critical role in developing and executing a product roadmap, interfacing with stakeholders, undertaking change initiatives, and influencing consumer behavior across technology solutions such as web, mobile/phone, email, and social. The Experience Designer owns the omnichannel communication product and its associated features across its life cycle, including: research, design, development and continuous improvement. Primary Responsibilities:Leads teams and deliverables related to the omnichannel communication experience from ideation to prototype, including research, conceptual design, operational/flow design, wireframes, interaction design, visual design and research Provides detailed strategy, oversight and guidance; as well as granular-level detail and specificity regarding exact experience specifications to be executed by partners in IT and telecom teams Distills broad experience, digital strategy and vision into crafting experiences for LHI user groups Active role in establishing, driving and meeting key experience performance criteria and fostering improvement of our brand through well-crafted experiences Translates abstract concepts and problems into simple, elegant, and innovative designs expressed in process flows, journey maps, storyboards and rapid prototypes for the full scope of user experience with LHI Executes usability tests, pilot programs and research Advocate for innovative, consumercentric and consistent experiences Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of our Mitel omnichannel product including online (chat), mobile, telephonic, social, and email Partner with other experience designers, visual designers, creative technologists, business consultants, marketing, strategists, client executives, and more to provide strategic design thinking on behaf of our consumers Ability to seek, analyze, apply and advocate based on consumer insights (user data, analytics and requirements, etc.) to inform and shape user experiences through the entire omnichannel suite Develop and provide strategic and tactical design recommendations based on technical feasibility, usability findings and industry standards Work collaboratively with development and business analyst teams to understand constraints and identify opportunities to modernize our product design for users Willingness to constructively challenge current thinking across the enterprise, pushing boundaries and driving change that will deliver exceptional user centric experiences Drives and evangelizes experience thought leadership in the organization 'Speed is Life' mentality coupled with drive for innovation and testing Mentors and develops talent in colleagues throughout the organization
Required Qualifications:Bachelors Degree 4 years relevant work experience in product, process or experience field Position requires strong and flexible skills in process design, process mapping, digital technology and familiarity with front-end technologies Working knowledge of development process, feasibility analysis and ROI measurement Has strong presentation skills and the ability to interact with and win support from team members at varying levels crosscompany Self motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, and the skills to balance great design with short deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:Mitel (or other) omnichannel communication platform experience Superb information design abilities, fastidious and efficient production and optimization habits, and impeccable problem solving skills Green Belt or Black Belt with experience in Six Sigma, Lean and other process improvement disciplines Strong digital experience capability and command of process, usability and design principles, as well as digital channel best practices Experience in the consumer facing copywriting / editing field Human centered design proficiency Exhibits a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness and works well with ambiguity Experience in using A / B and Multivariate testing and analytics to identify improvements and continually optimize based on data and defined success measures Deep passion for digital products and channels, constantly keeping abreast of latest trends, best practices and competitive activity A fearless and positive attitude National Career Readiness Certificate Careers with LHI.
