UNIVERSAL Technologies is hiring a Technical Writer with experience writing large-scale RFPs and bids, business process, and technical documentation for our government client in Brooklyn, NY.
Qualified candidates must be able to attend mandatory in-person interviews at client site.
Create business process documentation skills including data, system, and user flows
Compose RFPs and Bid specifications for government agency procurement purposes
Analyze requirements and perform Gap Analysis
Gather requirements using various elicitation techniques and create requirements documentation including Business Requirements Document.
Write System Technical documentation

At least 6+ years of experience gathering and analyzing requirements and creating requirements documentation including Business and functional requirements documentation
Previous experience writing System Technical documentation
Experience analyzing existing systems and requirements to conduct GAP Analysis
