We are looking for a Head of UX who can lead a group of UX designers and guide them to organize complex ideas into simple user centric solutions.
Coach and manage the local user experience team and the effective delivery of UX
Lead solution planning and design efforts to meet user needs and business objectives
Conduct workshop, focus groups and showcases
Perform user research to gather requirements (pain points and goals) and create personas, flows, and journeys
Take a user-centered design approach to design and deliver low and high fidelity wireframes that optimized for a wide range interfaces and possibly devices
Rapidly test (including A/B tests based on quantitative and qualitative data)
Able to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently based on test results
Collaborate with the product owners, creative team, and development team to continuously deliver exceptional experiences
Master's degree in Web/Interaction Design/HCI or equivalent degree
10+ years of proven experience
Ability to provide feedback and constructive criticism
Extensive background in UX design best practices
A strong portfolio that shows process to be presented at the interview
Experienced in design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Invision, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Experience with user research and user testing methodologies
Ability and willingness to multi-task and work in an often fast-paced environment with deadlines
Nice to have:
Background in visual design
Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
