Job Type: Full-time
Integration and configuration experience of high-end audio-video systems. This includes but is not limited to; project wiring, rack fabrication, installing speakers, wall/ceiling mounted displays, ceiling mounted projectors, wall/ceiling mounted projection screens, wall plates, and microphones.
Knowledge of wiring and construction techniques for new and retrofit commercial projects.
Strong understanding of system documentation, this documentation includes but is not limited to; Audio-Visual as-built drawings, equipment elevations, floor plans.
Proficient with power tools such as sawzalls, power drills, impact drivers, jig saws, and hammer drills.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues resulting from defective equipment, errors in system design, environmental impacts, etc.
The Integration Specialist must be able to creatively meet the needs of custom projects.
A strong work ethic with a dedication to continuing education
Must have excellent communication, both written and verbally
Due to the complexity of custom solutions the Integration Specialist must have the ability to concentrate on several tasks at once
The Integration Specialist must have superior customer service skills
This position requires that the individual be capable of receiving constructive criticism
Experience with both the hardware and software for Crestron and Biamp
Integration Specialists Job Requirements:
At least one-year experience within the Audio-Visual Industry
Must have a valid driver’s license, and must be able to complete a Form I9
Must have reliable transportation to and from the office
Must have all personal tools needed to complete all assigned jobs
Must follow company policies for time and material tracking
Must be able to lift 50lbs, use ladders in accordance to OSHA standards, and work from aerial lifts
Must have the ability to travel overnight as needed throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
Must be able to complete a background check and drug screening per CW’s company policies
Education – A GED diploma or higher is preferred
Additional Salary Information: Salary is dependent on level of experience.
