Position Summary: Responsible for developing the user interface (front end) for high-priority web applications. Provide leadership, management, web application development, and support services for major web site and web application development initiatives. Responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying informational and instructional web pages, multimedia materials, and web-based applications. Design and create electronic graphic content and develop text-based digital documents. Assist in the development of online dissemination and print marketing materials. Provide consultation and training for CDHD faculty and staff and work closely with project team members.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in web design, communication, marketing, or related field plus 3 years of experience in web design and communications OR equivalent combination of education and/or related experience totaling 5 years;
Experience creating websites in a Content Management System (CMS) and customizing using HTML5/CSS3;
Experience designing websites and web content adhering to WCAG accessibility guidelines;
