Collaborate and shape implementation requirements with business stakeholders
Be responsible for training and support documentation, as well as business readiness & service transition
Provide consultative support in financial management, organizational change, vendor management, and operational excellence to business led technology initiatives and to our business or enterprise shared services teams
Provide analysis on key business drivers and metrics using the latest analytics & visualization technology.
Build relationships across teams to deliver consistency in reporting and forecasting.
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Work on continuous improvement of processes and technology by using value stream mapping to eliminate waste and deliver value from end to end.
Work with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with HR business strategies.
Demonstrate an informed knowledge of a business area to resolve problems on an ongoing business. Support several moderately complex business processes.
Partner closely with HR-IT Technical Lead to lead Program Increment sessions with Business stakeholders to identify 3-6-month priorities. Ensure that plan aligns with long term strategic goals for specific domain and HR-IT areas.
Manage the DevOps pipeline deployment model
Help to estimate work, accept stories into delivery increments and complete tasks to deliver the work.
Proficient in HR systems management such as SAP and Workday and assist in the support and enhancement of applications
Design and write high-quality code/queries compliant with regulations and have knowledge of existing data models and integrations related to HR related systems (Workday, WalkMe, Prism, Kainos, Dormakaba, etc...)
Implement software in all environments. Help with configurations and deployments
Work with other analysts, engineers, and architects to keep the HR architecture current
Design, code and test new enterprise-wide applications
Assist in the support of existing applications
Create and execute required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components
Integrate current automation systems into a common test automation framework
Estimate and plan for development of test automation frameworks
Define processes and standards for implementing test automation
Create automated tests for functional/GUI validation of company products and related components
Develops user interaction and interface deliverables, including sketches, wireframes, and visual designs
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
Contribute to design standards and promote user-centered design throughout the organization
Conduct knowledge transfer to other IT and business personnel
Troubleshoot problems identified by users
Collaborate with capability team to build an agile culture in teams
