Work You'll Do
Provide software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments , ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, and testing to deployment, as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation; identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Design sub-components of larger application systems; integrate software applications with each other and continuously optimize the system structure to improve stability and performance. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Develop dashboard wireframes and design requirements based on discussion with an understanding of technical and visual design considerations. Research user reported issues with software applications, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Create technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development. Work with a team of developers to both produce new components and resolve defects through a standard defect resolution process.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field. One year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must have one year of experience with:
Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the design, development, testing and implementation of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) solutions for enterprise-level clients;
Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using Informatica PowerCenter, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Office tools;
Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver enterprise solutions that fully meet client needs using Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Office tools;
Using Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Teradata and Tidal Enterprise Scheduler to support, participate, and lead the design and development of project solutions;
Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using JIRA and IBM Rational ClearCase;
Coordinating the project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables;
Utilizing IBM Rational ClearCase and ETL Testing methodologies to perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
Designing and delivering user manuals and training for enterprise solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments.
