Work You'll Do
As a Visual Designer in our practice you will:
Design ways to depict new brands, offerings and customer experiences
Craft compelling stories and visual models to communicate discoveries
Build personas, journey maps and service blueprints
Define and develop prototypes of products, services, and experiences to test with users and stakeholders at varying levels of fidelity
Design activities and workshop sessions that engage and empower leaders to act
Facilitation of workshops with clients
Collaborate with other designers of various backgrounds to advance the discipline of design within Deloitte
Interpret client input and adjusting communication and narrative accordingly

In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of Visual Design experience
2+ years experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, or equivalent.
A portfolio demonstrating examples of research work and outcomes, including discussion of how insights were generated and applied
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Willingness to travel up to 60%
Human Centered Design or Service Design experience
Previous Government Public Sector experience
