Manager, CRM and Communications
General purpose: The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Communications Manager is responsible for the development, maintenance, and technical leadership of the CRM system, Slate, to successfully support the recruitment and admission of students at MICA.  The CRM and Communications Manager develops and executes communications including drip campaigns and admission decisions, and manages event scheduling and registration, and similar functionality within the CRM. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as a technical expert for the CRM. Oversee user creation, core functions, and reporting. Design and deliver training to end-users. As needed, implement upgrades and conduct system testing
