Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Lead, the Product Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for supporting the company’s product marketing and communications initiatives across all platforms. This role will collaborate closely with senior management and internal teams to formulate and deliver dynamic written and visual communications for a variety of audiences and channels that support AccelerEd’s strategic goals and operational priorities. This position is best suited for a team player who aims to positively impact company culture through open communications and streamlined processes to present consistent and thorough messaging both internally and externally.
Develop how-to and instructional content for AccelerEd products and services.
Create technical product materials such as product specifications, service overviews and one pagers, feature and benefit summaries, and more.
Write and prepare client tools including guides, presentations, and demonstration content that effectively communicates solution benefits to internal clients and external prospects.
