Work you'll do/Responsibilities
â¢ Partner with the UX Manager and other key stakeholders to deliver applications and online experiences as needed while supporting the overall online strategy.
â¢ Own multiple projects across different workstreams.
â¢ Design and execute user testing appropriate to each project in accordance with the best practices of the User Experience department.
â¢ Help organize and drive research plans for providing guidance to more senior team members.
â¢ Self-directed and self-motivated.
â¢ Manages overall client communications related to the execution of a project.
â¢ Poised under pressure, able to think on one's feet.
â¢ Prepares and coordinates development of quality deliverables.
â¢ Follows project standards and applies best practices.
â¢ Supports proposal presentations by demonstrating subject matter expertise, delivery, scoping, and planning.
â¢ Help evangelize the practices and processes of the User Experience department via project interactions with stakeholders and UX training of internal customers outside of the User Experience department.
â¢ Work closely with the Manager and other members of the UX design team in an open, supportive, and collaborative environment.
â¢ Mentors other more junior individual contributors. Participates in design reviews and feedback sessions.
â¢ Solid understanding of UX processes, tools, and templates. Able to provide team educations and guidance across all potential tools.

Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in UX or related field
Experience with Designing Digital Interactions (Mastery & Mandatory); Digital Mock-up (Advanced & Mandatory); Digital Product Design (Advanced & Mandatory); Digital Strategy Design (Advanced)
Experience with Voice of Customer Approach (Foundation) and Visual Design (Foundation)
