Fiserv is seeking to hire a range of Product Managers for its King of Prussia and New Jersey locations. Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager positions are available. Salary and level will be commensurate with years of prior experience. The Senior Product Manager role will serve as a team lead for a squad of Product Managers.
What does a great Product Manager do?
Research end user needs, define feature requirements, execute with engineers, and commercialize across personas
Build and maintain use cases, user stories, and persona narratives around the products, and communicate them effectively to build consensus with project managers, engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality features
Ensure clear articulation of a unified position and message for the products through coordination with Engineers, Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technical Writers.
Leverage data to gain insights and hypothesize on how to best innovate and improve the platform for our customers
Dive into the weeds to figure out how to improve a user flow, but at the same time, understanding how pieces fit at the 10,000 ft view

Owning the strategy and roadmap for software solutions that are widely adopted in the payments industry
Managing a suite of payments products that span payment acceptance and portfolio management solutions
Evaluating emerging payments-related trends, technologies and vendors that can help transform the experience of all product stakeholders

1-3 years (Associate PM), 3-5 years (PM), or 7+ years (Senior PM) experience in Product Management, Consulting, Product Operations, or equivalent
Experience in a client-facing role
Experience with Product Management Software (worked with Jira, Confluence)
Experience with wire-framing tools (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch)
Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to think and lead sophisticated projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
Financial Technology, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services industry experience
Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other relevant field
Proficiency with MySQL and Oracle database technologies for analytical purposes
Agile development experience
Knowledge of payment card processing systems
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
People management experience (Senior PM only)
Design thinking methods
Experience with RESTful web services
Minimal travel required. One to three domestic trips per year.
