Work you'll do
Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions
Problem solve and offer ideas to solve client issues
Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Support the creation of the front-end/display of the system through the creation of artifacts such as wire-frames, atomic design components, design systems visual compositions, and design prototypes
Provide input on visual design, visual hierarchy, color, and iconography

In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Activ e TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Demonstrated experience in three or more of the following: creation of high-fidelity designs, scalable design systems, design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision), usability principles and heuristics, inclusive-design/accessibility, ethnographic research, and usability testing
Experience collaborating with product managers, design, engineering, quality assurance and clients to identify the best experience that meets human, business and technical needs
Ability to perform discovery activities and synthesize findings, to include end-user research, journey maps and personas, and conceptual workflows
Ability to perform design activities, to include production of wireframes, visual compositions, and technical specifications for final production artifacts
Ability to scope and manage design needs of multiple stakeholders and end users, to include the execution of vision into tangible outcomes
Travel up to 25%
Proven expertise that spans across UX, web engineering, and design or the ability to "speak the language" with other UX and visual designers, as well as stakeholders and engineers
Experience planning and facilitating user research and usability tests
Demonstrate a portfolio that shows a strong understanding of UX process and outcome
Demonstrated experience producing data-centric UX
Understanding of human-centered design (HCD) process and methods to deliver UX from early-stage prototypes
