Under general direction, the Learning Program Consultant (LPC) III role is accountable for working with Plan and NASCO stakeholders to define performance development and change management needs.   The LPC III develops solutions that optimize adoption and performance outcomes. The LPC III manages all aspects of solution development and delivery and provides oversight on medium-large learning and change management projects. The LPC III ensures the quality and maintenance of assigned learning programs.  Communicates to the Manager regarding development and delivery of all services and projects/programs as well as the health of assigned learning programs.
