Strong skills creating technical user manuals and how-to guides
Create compliance test reports and prepare test plan
Provides technical support by producing technical documentation for internal users and customers on how to effectively use customized web-based applications.
Writes technical specifications for web interface
Gather business requirements from product team to define, design, and author comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements
Elicit documentation for business and technical workflows/diagrams
Collaborate with other team members on interdepartmental activities
Minimum 5 years of experience with technical writing or content writing for software
Technical experience related to web development or software development.
Experience writing customer-facing content in a professional setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hybrid/remote work available
