Dining Services HR Specialist (University Staff Professional 1) - Talent Acquisition
JOB SUMMARY The Department of Dining Services (DDS) at the University of Connecticut has an opening for an HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition. Under the general supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition, is responsible for performing a wide range of complex professional human resource duties as it relates to recruitment and hiring. Serves as an expert in a subset of human resource functions including but not limited to, the coordination of all Department of Dining Services non-state hiring. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position will screen, interview, refer, and recommend candidates for all non-state employment within the DDS.
