We are interested in professionals who have versatility and experience working across creative disciplines with knowledge and practice of design thinking, emerging technologies, management strategies, scenario building and innovation in teaching methods. Our goal is to provide the adult student with knowledge of current practices aligned with traditional foundations to prepare them for work in creative industries.

Part-time faculty at The New School are unionized and members of ACT-UAW (local 7902). The hourly rate for non-credit courses is $74.02 per contact hour, and increases are subject to the local 7902 contract.

Minimum Qualifications:
Significant professional experience and/or a Master's degree from an accredited institution in an aligned academic discipline.
One year of teaching experience.
Commitment to teaching non-traditional students and to cultural diversity.
