Seeking Technical Writer (Consultant Position)
The Yale/YNHH Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE) is seeking a technical writer to provide wideranging technical writing support. We are seeking a fulltime or part-time consultant with experience in complex federal grant and contract proposals, website content, health services research manuscripts, and rule or regulatory writing. They will work with scientists, statisticians, and clinicians across our projects, as well as our business team to co-create, iterate on, edit, and finalize technically accurate content for a variety of audiences (internal and external), in both short and long form, and for a variety of platforms and channels.
Successful candidates should have solid writing and editing skills and experience writing and editing the types of communications listed above on short timelines and as part of long-term initiatives. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills required. Experience in quality measurement research and/or in project management involving professional scientific writing is preferred.
