Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to the Deputy Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and ensure readiness for meetings.

Project Management:

• Manage projects, adapt to changing priorities, and serve as a technical writer/recorder for national initiatives.
• Correspond with national leaders, summarize meeting outcomes, and assist with webinar logistics and website updates.
• Conduct data analysis, surveys, and inventory management, and assist in recruitment and collaborative relationships.

Finance/Accounting/Facilities Coordination:

• Gather and analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide budgeting support.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with expense tracking, invoicing, vendor management, and facilities coordination.

Support to Senior Management:

• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and manage logistics for team off-sites.
• Provide proactive administrative and operational support to senior staff and handle special projects as assigned.

Please note: The compensation ranges listed online for roles not covered by a bargaining unit agreement are very wide, however a job offer will typically fall in the range of 80% - 100% of the established mid-point. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role.

For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.
