Position SummaryThe Lead Content Developer contributes to the success of Phoenix Children’s Hospital by creating, designing, deploying and measuring the impact of leadership, management, and employee training programs across the hospital system. As a key contributor to the business and Human Resources team, this position is responsible for managing key relationships through needs analysis, design, pilot, implementation, and measurement phases of the instructional design work with focus on strategic learning solutions that meet the needs of today while preparing for tomorrow.
