JOB SUMMARYThe Technical Writer (TW) provides advanced writing and editing skills in the preparation and publication of Harris Health System policies and procedures (P&P) and other key documents as assigned. The TW works closely with the Director, Information Technology (IT) Process Improvement and IT service/units to assure quality documentation of Harris Health's organizational expectations. The TW assists to facilitate compliance with writing standards established by the P&P Office. The TW performs periodic review, revision, and editing of P&P documents prior to publication and distribution. The TW gives meticulous attention to grammar, syntax, spelling, and punctuation.
