The Senior Data Analyst performs analysis and data assessment to support the clinical, financial, and operational modeling needs of the Navista and partnered practices. This position is responsible for extracting, and analyzing the aggregate or practice specific data from community oncology practice partners (working with both administrative and clinical practice team members) to monitor and report key operational, clinical, and financial performance indicators that drive optimized practice performance. Daily work includes extracting and analyzing data and processes to support organizational leadership?s planning, management and decision making for member practices and the broader Navista teams. ResponsibilitiesSupport member practices with analytic need
