General Summary/Purpose:The success of the School of Nursing sponsored projects and research funding strategy hinges on the identification of new prospects, as well as the continuation of sustained relationships with existing funding sources. The Nursing Office of Research Administration is developing a results-driven program, partnering with centers and institutes internal and external to the School of Nursing to foster an effective, proactive research funding strategy. To this end, the Grant Writer will work with faculty and staff in the design, content and preparation of sponsored project proposals in accordance with sponsor standards and requirements.
