Ensure a consistent and effective user experience (UX) across the breadth of technology tools. Work with business and technology key stakeholders to develop and maintain user experience tool strategy. Design UX research plans during the strategy definition phase and assist in the execution of the plan. Design new user interfaces, ensure that mobile and desktop applications are powerful, engaging and rewarding by taking a user centered design approach.
