Multimedia Learning Designer

The multimedia designer is responsible for creating interactive content for online courses. This role reports to the Director of Learning Design.
The multimedia designer works with members of the digital learning team to produce high-end visual and animated content for online courses.
The successful candidate will have a background in digital design and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content.

Meet with stakeholders to determine the scope of each project.
Research new techniques and technologies to deploy engaging learning assets.
Develop content in conjunction with members of the Digital Learning team and subject matter experts.
Design and produce attractive multimedia content according to the requirements.
Create digital images, video animation, and textual animations.
Create animated sequences using computer animation software.
Record, edit, and encode audio files.
Perform media edits based upon feedback.
You need:
Bachelor’s degree in multimedia design, graphic/digital design, or related field. Three years’ experience in similar role.
A portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline, Articulate Rise, and InVision.
Ability to collaborate on long-term projects.
Competent in storyboarding, visual design principals, and animation.
