The Technical Writer role is to develop new and revise existing policy and procedure materials, process maps, and business communications of the Company’s products. The Technical Writer is responsible for creating, maintaining, and the overall management of the Company’s technical documents and manuals in support of the business products that explain complex information in a clear, concise manner. This role works closely with the Professional Services and Product Development teams to ensure complete, accurate and timely product descriptions for our clients and internal stakeholders. Ultimately, the Technical Writer must be able to quickly grasp technical concepts in order to translate these business specifications into documentation that is easy to understand at the end user level.
